Minutes of the Annual General Meeting
held in The On Tuesday 11th September 2007
Attending:

Amanda Gregory Housing Officer The Chairperson opened the meeting at 1900 hours and welcomed all present.
1. The minutes of the AGM held on 11th September 2007 proposed by Bob Taylor
and seconded by Victoria Moors and passed as correct.
2. The Chairperson spoke of the work the Forum had done during the last year.
The Environmental Improvement Grant had been spent on fencing which had now begun
to be erected. . Consultation was still taking place with the Moray Council and the
Scottish Executive. He touched briefly on the Regional Forum progress and said they
should be up and running by this time next year. The tenants conference was organised
and run by the tenants who had raised the money from external sources to run the
conference. He commented briefly on the Lossiemouth Tenants Newsletter which is
produced every two months. The next edition will be coming out in December 2007
Finally he thanked the committee for its hard work He also thanked Amanda Gregory,
the Housing Officer Staff, the staff in the Elgin Office and the Councils Development staff
for their work and assistance in helping the Forum to do its work
3. The Chairperson then stood down the current committee and asked Bob Taylor
to take the chair. Bob then read out the names of those who had been voted in as the
office bearers for the forthcoming year, which were: Chairperson Charles French
Vice Chairperson Fran Hutton
Secretary Victoria Moors
4. Charles took the Chair and thanked Bob for taking the chair.
