Item 1.                                                            Apologies.

1.1       Apologies were received from Jane Stokes, Helen MacIntosh,

Item 2.                                                Minutes of the Previous Meeting

2.1       It was proposed by Bob and seconded by Charles that the minutes be accepted.  The minutes were accepted and signed by the Chairperson as a true record.

Item 3.                                                Matters Arising from Minutes

3.1       There were no matters arising from the minutes

Item 4.                                                            Correspondence

4.1       Copies of all correspondence were available.

Item 5                                             Lossiemouth Web Site

5.1       If there are any items that members think should be included in the website please email them the Charles and he will include them.

Item 6                                                 Environmental Grant

 6.1      We will now go to ENTRUST funders to get money to boost our environmental grant to upgrade the derelict play areas within the housing estates in Lossiemouth/

6.2       We will have to set up a meeting with Amanda, Colin Souden, Kathryn McPherson and two representatives of the Forum to get the Inchbroom play park project underway.

            6.3       The layout for the upgrade of the old childrens play park at Castle Court/Community Way was agreed and Amanda was asked to  take the project ahead

            6.4       The Forum is now to seek funding to upgrade all the ex-childrens play parks in all the housing estates Lossiemouth.

            6.5       It was agreed that priority for the spending of the next environmental grant would be in order of priority

            Church Street:  Macduff Street:  Inchbroom Avenue.

Item 7                                     Housing Officers Report

7.1       There is still no resolution to the problem of the Housing Office in Lossiemouth.  The Community Centre is still under consideration.  It must be somewhere there is a good website connection.  It must be the same place every week

7.2       Amanda is available in the Elgin Housing Office on a Thursday afternoon to set Lossiemouth Tenants and she will make a home visit on request.

7.3       Amanda gave out the maps for consideration of upgrades.

Item 8                                 Housing Bill Consultation

8.1       The Chairperson is completing the consultation document and will forward it to the Scottish Government

Item 9                                     Northern Lights Regional Committee

9.1       The next meeting of the committee is in August to consider the Housing Bill Consultation

Item 10                                   Date and Time of Next Meeting

9.2       The next meeting of the forum will be held on 11^th August 2009 at 7.00pm in the Seaview Suite of the Lossiemouth Town Hall

9.2       There being no further business the meeting closed at 1940 hours and the Chairperson thanked all those present for attending
