Minutes of Meeting

     Present: Bill Reid; Victoria Moors; Bob Taylor

     In attendance: Cllr David Stewart

      An attempt to hold an Annual General Meeting at this time failed as the numbers required by the constitution were not met.

       It was decided by those present to hold a meeting to discuss the way forward and to attempt to keep the Forum going.The following proposals were put forward and agreed.

1.      That a new Tenants Forum be set up for Lossiemouth.

2.      That Bob Taylor shall be the spokesperson for the Forum.

3.      That meeting’s be held every two months.

4.      That a new constitution be written up and agreed by members.

5.      That the new Forum register with the Moray Council as soon as possible.

It was agreed to hold the next meeting in April (date to be confirmed) and the meeting was then closed.
